专利说明:
15 20 25 30 35 This means that swimming cushions for the arms have not had the impact on swimming training and water play that they have potential for. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide at least in part an improved swimming pad, or an alternative swimming pad, which reduces or eliminates at least one of the above problems with known swimming pads for arms. This is solved with a swimming pad adapted to be temporarily applied to a user's arm. The swimming pad comprises at least one floating body and at least one fastening device, which fastening device defines an attachment area at the user's arm after application. The fastening device extends from the floating body and defines a first direction. A first part of the floating body has an extension in a second direction at the attachment area, perpendicular to the first direction and substantially parallel to the user's arm after application of the swimming pad to the user. A second part of the floating body has a first bend and thus an extension. The extent is in a third direction which is different from the other direction. The first and second directions indicate a first plane. The invention is characterized in that the second part is arranged in the extension of the first part, and that the third direction is away from said first plane towards the user's shoulder or back after the swimming pad has been applied to the user's arm. The swimming pad can be an arm swimming pad. The present invention can be said to combine the properties of a back cushion with the easy handling and mobility obtained with swimming cushions for arms. A user using two swimming pads according to the present invention has buoyancy and balance points at the shoulder portions instead of outside the arms, which allows the user to have a very advantageous position when swimming, for both breaststroke and backstroke. The user can also get a more relaxed position at rest. Together, this can increase a user's security during swimming training and / or play in water. According to one aspect of the present invention, the buoyancy body has a buoyancy center which is displaced in the direction of said user's shoulder or back after said application to said user's arm. Such an embodiment enhances the stabilized properties of the swimming pad and increases the lifting capacity in the desired position. The floating capacity of the swimming pad reaches better behind a user's shoulder or back when the floating body has a first and a second short end, the fastening device being arranged in connection with the first short end. The first short end is advantageously the short end which is intended to be directed towards a user's feet after application to a user in the intended manner, when the user's arms hang straight down as illustrated in figure 1b. The other short end is in that position arranged to be directed towards the user's back, the floating body then extending at least partially over the user's shoulder. The buoyancy capacity, and thus the positioning of the buoyancy force, can be improved by the fastening device delimiting the buoyancy body between a first and a second section, the second section having at least 500% greater buoyancy capacity than the first section. The delimitation is thought of in a second plane summary below as the plane Z-Y, intermediate flow capacity is neglected. The fastening device may be a closed fastening device, adapted to extend around the entire arm of the user. Alternatively, the fastener may extend partially around the arm. The fastening device can also in turn be fastened, detachably or permanently, to the floating body or be formed as an integral part thereof. By permanent is meant here that it can not be removed without destroying any part of the swimming pad. The fastening device can also, due to the design of the swimming pad, be made very slim. According to one aspect of the present invention, the floating body may have a second bend, a part of the second part of the floating body having an extension in a direction different from the third direction. Preferably it has a second bend, a part of the second part having an extension partly in the first direction, i.e. away from the second plane Z-Y. This means that the floating body can lie almost close to a user's shoulder and / or back, so that a good stability is obtained. According to one aspect of the present invention, the fastening device also has a buoyancy capacity. The buoyancy capacity of the fastener can be obtained from a liquid material or from an inflatable buoyancy body. It should be noted that an ordinary fabric strap is not considered to provide a buoyancy in this regard. The fastening device preferably comprises a buoyancy capacity and the said first and second buoyancy capacities of the buoyancy body are preferably substantially greater than the buoyancy capacity of the fastening device, preferably at least 500% greater. According to one aspect of the present invention, the float body has a curved longitudinal axis. The curvature of the floating body causes the floating body to extend in a direction towards a user's shoulder and / or in the direction of the user's back, ie. spine. According to one aspect of the present invention, the floating body has a substantially elongate shape with a first and a second transverse short side and a longitudinal axis, a transverse centerline which separates the floating body in the first and the second part. The fastening device is arranged to the first part and the second part of the floating body has at least one curvature along the longitudinal axis, so that the floating body extends in a direction partly over the user's shoulder towards a user's back after application of the swimming pad. Additional components and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood, however, that the drawings are designed for illustrative purposes only and not as a definition of the scope of the invention, to which reference is made to the appended claims. It is further to be understood that the drawings are not necessarily made to scale and that, unless otherwise indicated, they are merely intended to illustrate conceptually the structures and methods described herein. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Figures 1a-1b show a user 1 having two swimming pads 10 according to the present invention; a swimming pad 10 on the right 11 and left arm 12, respectively. Below, a swimming pad will mainly be described in detail, and then the swimming pad which is intended to be applied to the left arm 12. The user 1 has a back 2, shoulder 3 and a shoulder portion 4. The swimming pad 10 is adapted to be attached to the user 1 and the upper arm of the user 1 via a fastening device 20, at a fastening area 5. The fastening device 20 can generally consist of different devices having different fastening principles, such as straps, flexible bracelets or stretch bracelets, or be part of a floating body. The swimming pad 10 in its various embodiments can be inflatable, partially inflatable or fully inflatable or alternatively be made of a foam material or a natural material. The swimming pad 10 generally has at least one fastening device and at least one floating body. In the embodiment shown in Figures 1a-1b, the swimming pad 10 has a fastening device 20 and a floating body 30. The floating body 30, which can be said to be substantially kidney-shaped, has a substantially elongated shape and extends along the shoulder 3 of the user 1, if the swimming pad 10 is applied to intended place. The extent causes the volume and buoyancy of the swimming pad 10 to be partially displaced relative to the back 2 or at least the shoulder 3 of the user 1. By displacing the volume and buoyancy of the buoyancy 30, the buoyancy force exerted by the buoyancy body 30 on the user 1 during swimming or swimming. This means that the buoyancy from the swimming pad is better positioned relative to the user 1, which provides a better swimming position that facilitates swimming / swimming training for the user 1. Figure 1c shows a user 1 during swimming training. User 1 uses two swimming pads 10, one on each arm. The swimming pads 10 are adapted to the respective arm (mirror-inverted), to provide an increased buoyancy capacity over the shoulder and back portion. Figure 1d shows a second user 9 with swimming pads using known technology, i.e. conventional swimming cushions for the arms. The upward arrows indicate where the buoyancy center of the buoyancy body is located for each swimming pad. The conventional swimming pads in Figure 1d have a buoyancy center which is substantially in front of the head and further away from the thorax than the swimming pads of the present invention. It therefore becomes easier for user 1 to stay in a good substantially horizontal swimming position than for the other user 9, with swimming pads of known type, for which the legs tend to move towards a more vertical position in the water. Figure 2a shows an embodiment of a swimming pad 10 having an inflatable fastening device 20 and an inflatable floating body 30. The floating body 30 has a first and a second longitudinal side 31, 32, a first and a second transverse short side 33, 34. The floating body 30 also comprises a first part and a second part 35, 36. The swimming pad 10 is adapted to be attached to the left arm 12 of the user 1. The fastening device 20 is adapted to extend around the arm 12 of the user 1 after application to the user 1 and has a continuous opening 21, through which the user 1 can move his arm 12 during application. The user 1 moves the arm 12 in an input and output direction IU1 during the putting on and taking off of the swimming pad. The fastening device 20 is attached to the arm 12 at a fastening area 5. The fastening device 20 has a substantially U-shaped extension and extends between the first and second longitudinal sides 31, 32 of the floating body 30. The fastening device 20 defines and has an extension in a first direction R1. The first direction R1 is generally seen towards the user 1 after application to the left arm 12 of the user 1, as shown in figure 1b. Perpendicular to the first direction R1, a first part 35 of the floating body 30 extends in a second direction Rz, which is substantially parallel to said input and output direction IU1 and the arm 12 of the user 1 after application. The first and second directions R1, Rz can be said to indicate a first plane P1. It should be noted that the first and second directions R1, R2, which indicate the first plane P1, can be considered to be the same as the directions X, Y, in Figures 2a, 2b and 3, and thus indicate the plane X-Y. The third direction Z, is perpendicular to the plane X-Y, i.e. as a normal to the plane P1, as shown in Figures 2a, 2b and 3. The directions X, Y and Z can further be considered to indicate a second plane Z-Y and a third plane Z-X. The first part 35 of the floating body 30 passes to the second part 36 of the floating body 30 and deviates in connection with the transition in a third direction R3. The third direction Rg is different from the second direction R2 and extends away from the first plane P1, in the embodiment shown at an angle of about 45 ° to the first plane P1. However, the angle may be 20-90 ° to the first plane P1, preferably 30-65 ° to the first plane P1. The floating body 30 thus has, in what can be considered to be the second plane Z-Y, as shown in Fig. 2a, a curved longitudinal axis, which in Fig. 2a coincides with the second direction R2, and which transitions to the third direction R3 at point 50. According to one aspect of the present invention, the second part 36 extends at least so that the second transverse short side 34 of the floating body 30 is arranged completely outside the first plane P1. The floating body 30 shown in Figures 2a-2b, which can be said to be substantially kidney-shaped, thus has a slightly curved shape. The buoyancy body 30 comprises a buoyancy center Fc, which if the buoyancy body 30 is inflatable and inflated, is displaced in the direction RS away from the first plane P1 through the curved shape. As noted, the transverse short sides 33, 34 have a slightly rounded shape, but in other embodiments of the present invention may have a straighter shape, regardless of the shape, they are considered to be transverse short sides relative to the floating body longitudinal sides 31, 32. The floating body 30 also has a depth, i.e. an extension in the X-direction, which is shown, for example, in Figure 2b and Figure 3. The depth of the floating body 30 can be adapted to the desired flow capacity. The depth of the floating body is in one embodiment substantially equal along the entire floating body 30. Figure 3 shows the swimming pad 10 in a side view. The float 30 is inflatable via a first valve 40. The fastener 20 is inflatable via a second valve 41. Figure 4 shows the cross-section B-B of Figure 3. A partition or partition 43, shown in Figure 4, separates the inner volumes of the two inflatable floats from each other. It is advantageous to design the swimming pad 10 in this way with several floating bodies, or chambers. Performing the swimming pad 10 with at least two floating bodies reduces the risk of a user becoming completely without floating assistance if one of the floating bodies, in the event that they are inflatable, accidentally happens to be emptied of air, e.g. punctured. Thus, the swimming pad 10 comprises a first and a second floating body 30, 20, where the first floating body 30 has a substantially larger floating capacity than the second floating body 20. In terms of volume, the first floating body 30 is at least 500% larger than the second floating body 20, as the second floating body 20 consists of all or part of the fastening device 20. Preferably it is 400-2000% larger. According to one aspect of the present invention, the fastening device 20 is advantageously arranged in connection with the first transverse short side 33 of the floating body 30. This means that a large part of the total floating capacity of the floating body is arranged over, or partly over, a user's back 2 or shoulder 3. embodiment of the present invention, the fastener 20 defines the float in a first and a second section 37, 38, which are arranged on each side of the fastener 20 seen along the second direction Rz, the direction Y. The buoyancy capacity in the second section 38 is substantially greater than in the first section 37. The buoyancy capacity may be at least 500% greater, preferably 500-4000% greater. Furthermore, the volume in the second section 38 may be substantially larger than in the first section 37, the volume may be at least 500% larger, preferably 500-4000% larger. Figure 3 shows how the second part 36 of the floating body 30 bends towards said first direction R1, at least in the part which is adjacent to the second transverse short side 34 of the floating body 30. The bending, i.e. that the second part 36 of the floating body 30 also bends towards the first direction R1, means that the floating body 30 can better follow the shoulder 3 of a user 1, as is shown, for example, in figure 1b. This gives a good placement of the buoyancy force of the buoyancy body 30 in relation to the user 1. The buoyancy body 30 thus also has a slightly curved shape in a further direction, which direction extends away from the second plane Z-Y. The floating body 30 is displaced away from the second plane Z-Y by the bending in the further direction. Figures 5a-5c show a user 1 during breaststroke training. The user 1 has a pair of swimming pads 10 attached to the upper arms of the right 11 and left arm 12, respectively. The swimming pad 10 may be made of a thermoplastic material, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, similar polymers, or mixtures thereof, and may be inflatable or non-inflatable. Non-inflatable swimming pads are advantageously made of foam material, preferably with closed cells, for example of the above-mentioned materials. Natural materials, such as cork or other naturally occurring materials, are also possible and in some cases advantageous. The swimming pad may also comprise a combination of naturally occurring materials, for example cork, and plastic materials, such as the above-mentioned thermoplastic polymers. The swimming pad 10 should also be user-adapted by manufacturing it in different sizes, which allows an adaptation to the user, e.g. smaller sizes for children and larger sizes for adult users.
